Privacy policy

Last updated 22 July 2026 · This is a pre-launch version. Items marked like this will be completed when company registration finishes, and the full policy will be reviewed by a solicitor before public launch.

Who we are

GO SPORTZ Limited ("GO SPORTZ", "we") is the company behind the GO SPORTZ platform. Company number: registration in progress · Registered office: to be confirmed · Contact email: to be confirmed.

This notice has two parts: Part 1 covers this website, and Part 2 summarises how the GO SPORTZ platform and mobile app handle data. The complete platform privacy notice will replace Part 2 before the platform launches publicly.

Part 1: this website

What this website collects

Forms

When you use a form on this site (for example to book a demo, contact us, or join a waiting list), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and club name. We use them to respond to you and to arrange and follow up the demo you asked for. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about GO SPORTZ.

Form submissions are delivered to our enquiry-handling system, to be named here when the demo form goes live, and are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you unless the conversation becomes a customer relationship.

Cookies and analytics

Right now this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.

When we introduce analytics, this is how it will work:

Who we share data with

International transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside the UK. Cloudflare provides safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) for such transfers. Enquiry details you send us are handled in the UK.

How long we keep data

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. It stores no personal data itself, makes no third-party requests from your browser, and has no user accounts. Enquiry details are held in access-controlled systems and limited to the people who need them to respond.

Automated decisions and marketing

We make no automated decisions about you and run no profiling on this website. We will not send you marketing emails unless you ask for them, and anything we do send will be easy to opt out of.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above (contact email to be confirmed). We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, or by post at Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.

Children and this website

This website is aimed at adults: coaching companies and parents. It is not directed at children and collects no data from them. How the platform itself protects children's data is summarised in Part 2 below.

Part 2: the GO SPORTZ platform and app

This part is a draft summary. The complete platform privacy notice will be finalised with legal review before the platform and app launch publicly, and this section will be replaced by it.

Who uses the platform

Coaching companies run their club through the admin portal. Coaches and parents have app accounts. Children can be given app access only by their parent, at the parent's discretion; until then, the parent manages everything on the child's behalf.

What the platform holds

Who is responsible for platform data

Each coaching company is responsible for its own members' data and uses GO SPORTZ to manage it; GO SPORTZ Limited operates the platform that processes it on their behalf, and is responsible for platform account data. The precise controller and processor roles will be confirmed in the full platform notice and club agreements.

How the platform treats children's data

The GO SPORTZ platform is built for youth sport, so children's privacy is a design decision, not an afterthought:

The full platform privacy notice, covering the roles of GO SPORTZ and each coaching company in handling member data, will be published before launch.

Changes

We will update this page as the company completes registration and as the platform approaches launch, and change the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be flagged on this page rather than made silently.
