What does GO SPORTZ cost?
1% of the bookings taken through the platform, plus your payment processor’s standard rate (Stripe or PonchoPay). There’s no monthly subscription, no per-player charge and no tiers to compare. Every feature on this page is included.
How do parents pay?
By card, in the app or on the web, processed through Stripe or PonchoPay. Coupons and discounts are built in, and every payment shows up against the booking in your club dashboard.
PonchoPay also takes Tax-Free Childcare and childcare vouchers, with a one-click checkout, so parents don’t have to log into their Tax-Free Childcare account to pay you. Eligible parents get the government top-up of £2 for every £8 they pay in, which makes your sessions cheaper for them without costing your club a penny.
Does it replace my current booking system?
Yes. Bookings, payments, registers, camps, coach management, reports and parent communication all run in GO SPORTZ, and white-labelling means it carries your club’s brand rather than ours.
What do parents and players actually get?
An app. Parents find and book sessions, keep every class and camp in one diary, and manage everything for their children in one place.
Each child gets a player profile with a level out of 100, badges awarded by their coach, homework challenges, an exercise overview, and the option to request coach feedback through the app.
How does player development work?
Profiles are built on the FA’s four corner model: psychological, technical, tactical and physical. Coaches award badges in real sessions, each badge carries XP across the four corners, and the player’s level climbs as XP lands. Parents see all of it in the app.
What about safeguarding?
Safeguarding is built into the platform rather than bolted on: accident reporting for coaches, a full audit trail, and a communications log so every interaction around a child is recorded and reviewable.
Media consent is captured with checkboxes on every session, so clubs always know which children can appear in photos and video.
Who can see a child’s information?
Access is deliberately narrow. Parents see only their own account and their own children’s profiles. Coaches see only the parents and players linked to the club they’re part of. Nothing is visible across clubs.
Children don’t get app access automatically. A parent grants it at their own discretion, and until they do, the parent manages everything on the child’s behalf.
When is the app in the App Store and Google Play?
